This 2nd floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (2 King beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for any issues related to beach erosion or other factors beyond our control.
Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

An excellent stay from booking to departure. All staff were delightful and eager to please. Was shocked at how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes and appliances wasn’t expecting details such as a rice cooker, immersion blender, champagne glasses, whiskey glasses etc. Plenty of fluffy bath towels and beach towels provided along with a new full size washer and dryer IN UNIT!! A small number of laundry pods were provided which was very convenient. Bonus that our wonderful balcony was screened in and enjoyable at all hours of the day and the provided drying rack was very handy. Never had a problem getting lounge chairs or umbrellas. Enjoyed the chairs on the sand when the tide allowed, which was most of the time except for a few hours at peak high tide. Beach is calm and very swim-able with easy snorkeling right out front. Regal is an incredible value for the money, almost feels like a secret. Don’t waste your time at a big busy resort. Enjoy the Regal Beach Club and use the savings to book more excursions and enjoy meals out! We will for sure return to RBC.

Some guest chose to blast music around the pool and on the small beach even while they were away from their chairs and in the water. It was quite noisy and discourteous to other guests enjoying the peace and quiet of the waves. Would have been great if security asked them to keep it down.

Absolutely gorgeous view. Very comfortable and roomy condo for 2 couples. Great location close to many restaurants. Staff was super amazing and accomodating to our needs. We forgot a couple things and they did not hesitate to bring us what we needed. Also, we cooked on the grill one night and it was perfect. Very clean and the necessary utensils. Everything was great!!

We have stayed a lot of vacation places but this has been outstanding and a definite do over. Cant think of any suggestions to improve.
