This 3rd floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Loved the location on 7 mile beach. Far enough away from crowded beaches and walkable to many different locations. Clean and felt safe. Would like to see an upgrade to the fitness equipment which is older and outdated. An expanded fitness area would be great and would be used by more guests.

Would be great to improve size/equipment in fitness area. Not much to it at all and I’m very small room.

keep an eye on the beach for cruise ship people using the chairs. Need a mirror in the bedroom

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the maid service was great. The only issue we had was the ice maker on our refrigerator worked, however, it would not come out of the ice dispenser in the door. We had to manually dig the ice out of the freezer ice compartment. Not a big deal, but would have been convenient to have since ice is an essential thing to have in your drinks on the island. Other than that...the condo and beach were clean and the staff were great. We will be back for another stay in the future!!!

Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Conveniently located to walk places to shop and eat. A real gem on SMB!

I was really impressed with this resort. The room (232) was d and had everything you would need with two bedrooms and a full kitchen with a beautiful view of the ocean. There's a grocery store less than a mile away. However, we learned they are not open on Sunday, so plan accordingly. There are also restaurants within walking distance. The beach here was one of the best and is private so you don't have to worry about the cruise passengers crowding you. It was clean with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There was never a timeday when there wasn't enough seats for us. The property manager wasn't there when we arrived, but she had someone to assist in her place. She walked us to the room and provided good information about the resort as well as the area. The resort was quiet and peaceful. Compared to other hotels/resorts in the same area, I definitely would have chosen ours over others. It was a fantastic vacation and the water and beach just can't be beat!

Letting people know the stores are closed on Sunday is the only recommendation I have.
